Conference rooms: 5

We are delighted to organise your conferences - our Hotel is equipped with five conference rooms, of which the largest seats 60 persons parliamentary style.

All our conference venues are equipped with their dedicated telephone lines (analogue and digital), are fully air conditioned, have additionally to daylighting dedicated lighting controls and can be darkened.
Wireless LAN is available throughout the house.

A flipchart, an overhead projector complete with screen and a pin-wall is provided standard.

We are very happy to provide you with extra equipment, such as a Data Projector, Television sets with VCR, Tape recorder and CD players. Microphones (wired and wireless) as well as Video Cameras and other items are available.
If your special requirements are not met, we will gladly arrange these for you.

Our dedicated rooms for Speakers and Coaches include a comfortable bed with living area complete with seating arrangements and data connections for uninterrupted working.

The offices of our dedicated Conference Managers are in immediate proximity to the conference facilities, should you have any urgent issues or requests.

Should you require larger venues, we recommend to select the Culture and Convention Centre, where up to 3000 persons can be accommodated.

For culinary suggestions during your conference, please consult our chef, who will gladly create a Menue to your satisfaction.
